Information you give us. When you complete the contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share. That typically includes:

• The areas you tell us you are interested in, and whether you would like us to arrange an NDA
• The content of your enquiry and any later correspondence

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and details of your browser and device, which helps keep the site secure and available. Only if you accept analytics cookies do we collect information about how the site is used. See cookies and analytics below.

We do not ask for special category data (such as health or financial details) through this website. Please do not include sensitive information in your enquiry.

• Resend, which delivers the emails generated by the contact form, including the confirmation we send back to you

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If our business is reorganised or transferred, information may be shared as part of that process, subject to the protections in this policy.

Where your information is processed

Some of our providers operate outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or a finding of adequacy, so that your data remains protected.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep proper records of our conversations and any work that follows, after which we delete or anonymise it. Where we go on to work together, we keep the relevant records for as long as the law requires and for a reasonable period afterwards.

We take the security of your information seriously. The website is encrypted in transit, runs on certified, independently audited hosting infrastructure, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to deal quickly with any issue.
