These terms cover the website only. They are separate from any proposal or contract we agree with you for our services, which is set out in its own written agreement and takes precedence for that work.

The content of this website, including its text, design, graphics and logos, belongs to 55 Digital or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. The 55 Digital name and logo are ours. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or use them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Ownership of anything we build for you as part of a client engagement is dealt with in that engagement’s agreement, not here. Our standard position is that you own the software we build for you, including full source code ownership, with no licence fees on our work and no lock-in.
