The client
Eduhealth is a specialist UK health insurance provider serving the education sector. Their customers are the people who keep schools, colleges and universities running. Policies, renewals and customer care are the heart of the operation.
The challenge
The business had grown across disconnected systems: customer records in one place, policies in another, finance and communications elsewhere. Each system did its job. None of them talked to each other.
Day-to-day work meant moving between platforms and re-keying the same information, with annual renewals, the rhythm of the whole business, managed without a single view of the customer behind them.

We rebuilt the core of the business as one bespoke platform: customers, leads, policies and annual renewals managed in a single system designed around how Eduhealth actually works, with policy documents generated and communications sent from the same place.
The platform connects the tools the team already relies on: GoCardless for collections, 3CX telephony, HubSpot, Google and QuickBooks for accounting. AI is built into the everyday workflow rather than beside it. Management reports and end-of-year projections now come straight from the system.
